As a longtime Real Estate Agent with over 28 years experience my job is not to just buy or sell homes, but to help educate you so that I may help you get the best possible experience out of the process. I am here to help you understand what is going on and to answer any questions that you may have.

My Service...

• Educate you on the buying or selling process.

• Provide initial consultation and needs analysis.

• Assist with mortgage pre-approval and financing.

• Conduct home search and pre-qualify homes.

• Schedule and participate in home viewing and assessments.

• Representation includes all types of selling options. ie. Multiple Listing Service, New Home Builders, etc.

• Interact with Selling Agents.

• Provide regular and prompt communications/updates via email, fax and phone.

• Available as information resource, reviewing documents, explaining conditions and clauses.

• Provide assistance in negotiating price, terms and inclusions.

• Offer and Agreement preparation and presentation.

• Help facilitate and assist clients with Federal Identification requirements effective July 3, 2008.

• Closing assistance ie. forwarding of necessary legal and financial documentations, monitoring conditions
to completion, etc.
