I have over 28 years experience as a realtor professional, completing more than 2,000 transactions since 1981 placing me consistently in the top 5% of all Royal LePage Agents Nationally.

All of my business has been conducted in the City of Belleville and throughout the Quinte area.

How Can I Do That?

I bring to the table strong negotiating skills, a complete knowledge of the market involving statistics, values and performance, sound financial advice and real estate investment strategies - a full service approach.

If you are a seasoned or first time buyer, I will match your wants and needs to suitable properties while emphasizing important factors such as location and resale ability; whether your needs require contacts for a builder, small contractor, an interview with a school principal, introduction to a Church pastor or YMCA director... I will strive to make your service experience - MAGICAL!

Most agents who sell Real Estate spend the majority of their time trying to create new business by cold calling, direct mail, door knocking, floor time and purchasing advertising;  all of which are considered to be passive promotion.  " Even a blind squirrel can find a nut once in a while!"

I prefer to spend my time serving my clients needs before, during and after the transaction, because my current and past clients refer their friends, relatives, neighbours and coworkers to me on a regular basis,  I have the time to take real good care of them and meet their expectations.  In other words I don't have to beat the bushes looking for new business it comes from satisfied clients over and over again.
